Udhampur 21 st August: –
Today, a distinguished piping ceremony was conducted at the Sher-i-
Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA Udhampur). During this momentous event,
Shri Garib Dass, IPS, ADGP, Director SKPA Udhampur, conferred ranks upon
the newly promoted Superintendent of Police, Shri Ashish Gupta, who has been
recently ascended to his current rank. The Director extended his heartfelt
congratulations to the newly promoted officer, underscoring that such
promotions not only elevate one’s stature within the Police department, but also
entail augmented responsibilities and challenges. He urged the officer to
embrace his new roles with fervor & unwavering commitment.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of senior officers of SKPA
