Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo reviewed preparations for the upcoming ‘Sampoornata Samman’ awards ceremony to honour top-performing districts and blocks under the nationwide Sampoornata Abhiyan. The campaign has positively impacted over 12.64 lakh people across Jammu & Kashmir, driving progress in key sectors like health, education, agriculture, and infrastructure. District Development Commissioners and frontline workers will be felicitated with Gold, Silver, and Copper medals based on their performance. A special highlight of the event will be the launch of “Akanksha Haat,” a week-long initiative to showcase local innovation and entrepreneurship
