During patrolling duty near Duddhar Bridge, Roun Domail, a police party of Police Post Roun Domail intercepted one person moving from Manwal towards Roun Domail. During his personal search, approximately 03.77 grams of heroin was recovered from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Rohit Kumar S/O Subash Chander R/O Dhanu, Tehsil & District Udhampur.
In this regard, FIR No. 366/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Udhampur and investigation has been set into motion.
