JAMMU, August 31: Large gathering of BJP’s activists and supporters convened at Narwal Pain to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme. During the episode, PM Modi discussed various topics, including: Sharing stories of ordinary citizens achieving extraordinary feats; Discussing initiatives and progress in areas like economy, education, and healthcare; Highlighting India’s rich cultural diversity and promoting local artisans; Addressing challenges like obesity, drug abuse, and environmental conservation; Promoting locally manufactured products and supporting Indian artisans; Emphasizing the importance of environmental protection and sustainable practices; and Encouraging young people to take an active role in nation-building

Prior to the programme, all present expressed their profound sorrow and heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims who tragically lost their lives in the devastating landslides and cloudbursts in Reasi and Ramban districts. They stood in solidarity with the affected families and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls. The activists wished for the grieving families to find the strength and resilience to navigate this difficult time and for the survivors to receive the support and care they need to rebuild their lives.
